Ever imagined launching a new neighborhood in the heart of São Paulo, with 44 thousand m2 of green area, more than 2,200 tree species, with 24-hour security and a lot of quality of life? For that is exactly what Tecnisa and REPENSE did. Jardim das Perdizes is one of the most modern planned neighborhoods in the city. And no one better than the locals themselves to talk about it, is not it? In co-operation with Tecnisa, we developed a campaign with testimonials from those who chose to move to the neighborhood, many of them with relevance in social networks. This, coupled with a media strategy with Google and Facebook, movies in major theaters, Pay TV and guerrilla materials, has generated a campaign with more than 15 thousand leads, a large number of on-site revisits and awareness for the ventures. After all, such a well-planned neighborhood deserves an idem campaign.
