Oi's commitment to inclusion and equity promotion has existed for a long time. Oi was the first telecommunications company to allow employees to include companions of the same gender in their health insurance. But there was still no diversity program, with initiatives that promote dialogues about the topic among employees and leadership.
That's when REPENSE join the conversation. Oi developed the program. And we helped the company in internal communication and publicizing the program, with the creation of digital pieces to show employees the importance of connecting different people: e-mails, video and a page for the intranet, which became the hub of the campaign.
