The advertising and marketing segment was one of the segments that had more transformations in recent years: either by technology, with the development of applications and initiatives aimed at the 'internet of things', or even by the popularization of social media, which opened up numerous possibilities for connection between brands and people. Looking at this market change and to meet, at first, a demand from customers, Repense, a Brazilian independent agency, created a center focused on consulting, training and professional qualification in companies.
“Creativity, flexibility of action, multidisciplinary professionals and efficiency in delivery are important assets of Repense's DNA that contributed to formatting this unit. We understand that in our market we can go beyond the Communication service for different companies and that each customer, more and more,
has a different case with specific demands”, comments Otavio Dias, CEO and partner at Repense.
Currently, in operation for just over two months, the consultancy and training unit is under the umbrella of the New Business area, which includes other diversified services, but in total, it already represents a revenue of approximately 10% of the agency. The goal is that by the end of 2020 the area will reach at least 30%.
Among the clients who have already hired consultancy and training from Repense are: Itaú, Mondial and IDEC. The group is led by Luna Gutierres, partner and Vice-President of Customer Service and Planning at Repense, as well as coordinator of the Digital Data Marketing MBA at FIAP and associate professor at Fundação Dom Cabral.
