REPENSE WINS MOVIMENTO PLÁSTICO TRANSFORMA

The initiative is led by ABIPLAST (Brazilian Plastic Industry Association) and Braskem

Repense, an independent Brazilian agency led by Partners Otávio Dias and Luna Gutierres, has just won the competition to meet the Movimento Plástico Transforma (Plastic Transforms Movement) (http://www.plasticotransforma.com.br/). The agency will be responsible for the integrated communication - planning, content, advertising, internal communication, digital, activations and events, sponsorships and partnerships - of the initiative linked to the image of plastic, innovation and education led by the partnership between ABIPLAST (Brazilian Association of the Plastic Industry) and Braskem, the largest producer of thermoplastic resins in the Americas.

“It is gratifying to have the trust of a movement like this, which represents an alliance between industry, innovation and social and environmental responsibility. Especially in the current moment, in which brands are challenged by new practices and postures of communication and marketing and an audience increasingly aware and mobilized for purposes,” says Otavio Dias, partner and CEO of Repense.

Movimento Plástico Transforma acts in society to highlight the usability of plastic in a way allied to technology, creativity and, above all, responsibility, through content and the implementation of educational and interactive actions. According to Fernanda Maluf, one of the coordinators of Movimento Plástico Transforma, starting a new partnership with Repense, a benchmark communication agency in the market, is a synonym of joy. “We have many possibilities of activations and initiatives through the Movimento Plástico Transforma to bring to society information about the transforming power of plastic and its numerous possibilities in an educational and conscious way,” she adds.

Founded in 2006 with inspiration in the hotshops model - compact and agile agencies -, Repense has around 80 employees in the units of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
