New agency's business unit will be focused on promising new projects in partnership with Aceleratech, FIAP and Yunus Negócios Sociais

The collaborative spirit is present in REPENSE's DNA and, since its inception, the agency has understood that in the era of collaboration would be essential to build bridges and links to keep up with the many new features and innovations that continue to emerge. That's why it created projects like Repensadores network (www.repensadores.com), a group of experts who idealizes and enables special collaborative projects and the Think and Love Movement (www.thinkandlove.com.br), a network of NGOs that approach causes, brands and people.

Now it's time to launch OPEN INNOVATION, business unit positioning REPENSE as INTEGRATOR in the world of startups. "After a major evaluation and research, when we map the various accelerators, incubators and existing investment funds in and out of Brazil, we concluded that REPENSE should assume the role of "link" in this universe, bridging the gap between the new business models and the challenges of large companies and brands. This will be the commemorative mark of nine years of the agency", said Otavio Dias, REPENSE's founding partner.

Becomes part of REPENSE's mission to identify innovations of startups and connect them to their customers and their brands. The new unit reaffirms REPENSE's purpose: to be an integrated communications agency and a LINK, able to contribute to connect their customers with other experts, causes, and now entrepreneurs who add value and differential to its business.

To make this intention a reality, REPENSE's Open Innovation unit, signed three strategic partnerships: Aceleratech, Considered to be the best accelerator in Latin America by LatAM founders group; FIAP, considered the largest and most important center of excellence in teaching technology, innovation and business of the country and Yunus Negócios Sociais, reference in social entrepreneurship in emerging economies.

According to Pedro de Assunção Venturini, who is in charge of the Open Innovation unit, REPENSE's role, supported by its partners, it is to approximate the startup innovation to large organizations' needs. "We are already promoting extremely positive connections through the process we develop and the relationships we have in the market. We will have our first case reported very soon", he said.

Open Innovation project will be presented by REPENSE to the market on Monday, November 30, at an event with nine inspiring lectures on innovation, technology and collaborative economy, which will bring together big names of entrepreneurial and corporate world, like Pedro Waengertner, from Aceleratech; Rogerio Oliveira, from Yunus Negócios Sociais, Gil Giardeli, from 5era, Ricardo Cavallini, from Makers.net, Ana Carla Fonseca, from Garimpo de Soluções, Romeo Busarello da Tecnisa, Paulo de Tarso, from Kroton Educacional and Janaina Borges, from Contagious, British consulting company on innovation and trends, also a partner of the agency.
