São Paulo, June, 2019. Repense, an independent Brazilian agency headed by partners Otavio Dias, Luna Gutierres and Flávia Paranhos, announces new features in its team. The creative Alexandre Ravagnani takes over as Executive Creation Director and Nino da Silva starts as General Media and Business Intelligence Director. Thiago Xavier, who is just over three years in the company, was promoted to Service Director, and Vagner Silva went from administrative manager to Administrative and Financial Director.

Alexandre Ravagnani has 20 years of marketing experience and awards at Cannes, One Show, Fiap, El Ojo, Effie Awards, among others. He has been a creative leader for BETC Havas, F.biz, Ogilvy, Sunset and Wunderman. He also joined the jury of the Cannes Film Festival in 2015 in the Direct category. Nino da Silva, who has specialized in media and BI throughout his career, accumulates 14 years of experience and passages by important market players such as Pearson do Brasil, Peppery, LOV (Dentsu Group), Santa Clara, NewStyle, Publicis and Wunderman. "Working with media and intelligence in an agency that has CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in its DNA is extremely substantial. Thiago Xavier, who has been in Repense since 2015 as Accounts Director, was promoted to Service Director. This professional has experience in Havas, F.biz and Gray Brasil and in working for brands such as Banco Itaú, Pão de Açúcar, Extra Hipermercado, Fundação Dom Cabral, Drogaria Onofre, Instituto Ayrton Senna, Renault, Mondial, Tecnisa, Laboratórios Lilly.
To conclude, considered "home-grown" talent - with ten years of history in Repense -, the executive Vagner Silva was promoted to Administrative and Financial Director of the agency. He is a undergraduate in Administration and has a Graduate degree in Financial Administration.
