REPENSE gathered a selected group of people to be part of the network called “REDE DE REPENSADORES – The Network of Rethinkers”, whose objective is to rethink the role of communication and marketing.

Thinking outside of the box, promoting reflections, prompting questions, looking for answers, seeking different ways, sharing experiences. These are the daily needs of every good professional. In order to promote all of that, the agency REPENSE gathered a selected group of people to be part of the network called “REDE DE REPENSADORES – The Network of Rethinkers”, whose objective is to rethink the role of communication and marketing.

With the very same proposal, REPENSE promotes every month the “CONFRARIA dos REPENSADORES”. Opened to the general public, these reunions broach factual subjects and of relevance to everyone. “We want to provoke reflection onto professionals seeking more innovative solutions to individual or collective day-by-day”, says Otavio Dias, founding partner of the agency.

The February meeting will take part next Wednesday, the 17th, and it will be hosted by the Rethinker Gil Giardelli. Gil will talk about how the 5th Technology Era, which encompasses the so-called “cognitive computing” and “artificial intelligence”, will lead us to the outcome of the 4th Industrial Revolution with the end of digital marketing and the development of “Machine Learning Revolution”. The result of everything will be a revolution of the numbers, transforming the relations between brands and customers.

Additionally, Gil will present real cases of great marketing and technology leaders who are creating the new frontiers of virtual reality, the life with “robots”, the “internet of (really important) things”, among other subjects which encompass the not-so-far future that we are about to live.

Gil is a specialist in digital culture, with 14 years of experience in digital era. Webactivist, a diffuser of concepts and activities connected to network societies, human collaboration, creative economy and digital innovation. Teacher at courses of post-graduation, MBA, Miami Ad School and at CIC (Centro de Inovação e Criatividade – Creativity and Innovation Center) at ESPM – Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and at FIA-LABFIN/PROVAR, in Sao Paulo. CEO of Gaia Creative, company in which he applies intelligent social media, collaborative economy, knowledge and innovation management to companies and institutions such as TAM Airlines, BMW Brazil, Justice Court of the State of Sao Paulo, MINI Brazil, Cruzeiro do Sul Educational Group, Protege Group, Autopass Group, among others. He is also counselor of Innovation, Criativity and Creative Economy Committee of FECOMERCIO. Author of the book “Você é o que você compartilha - You are what you share”, he has lectured in more than 700 events such as RioInfo, Innovation Forum RJ, WebExpoForu, TEDx Southeast, TEDx Curitiba, TEDx Porto Alegre and in companies and institutions such as the Deputies Chamber of Brazil, Justice Court of the State of Sao Paulo, Votorantim Group, Labor Public Ministry, Caixa, Sebrae, Unimed Brazil, Globo TV Network, Bradesco Bank, Vivo, among others.
